- LLM enablement has grown with more chatbot development frameworks incorporating LLMs functionality.

- The inclusion of LLMs has evolved from primarily the generation of training data, bot response generation and conversation summarisation.

- More advanced implementations include developer assistants, complete flow generation based on instruction (prompts) and more.

- It seems like there is an expansion in the sheer number chatbot development frameworks.

💎 LLM implementations should leverage and augment existing NLU investments with a hybrid approach. Boost AI has been rightly advocating this approach.

💎 Another area which will demand future innovation is enhanced fine-tuning methods for predictive LLM implementations and generative supervision methods.
