Thanks for your thoughtful response. It would be hard to create a chatbot without any form of training data, not much is required, but you at least need example user utterances.

Then, regarding the use of the phrase Dialogue Flow. Indeed it is what Google is using. But it is also a generic term. Some use the term State Machine, or Dialog Nodes, Or Dialog Tree…
